Sign Up (Invitation-Based Access) #

To maintain security, new users can register only through an email invitation sent by an administrator.

Steps to Sign Up #

1. Open the invitation email sent to your registered email address.
2. Click on the Sign Up link provided in the email.
3. You will be redirected to the Sign Up page.
4. Create and confirm your password.
5. Complete your profile details if required.
6. Click Sign Up to activate your account.

⚠️ Note: The invitation link is time-sensitive. If it expires, contact your administrator and request a new invitation link.

Login #

Once your account is created, you can log in to access the application.

Steps to Login #

1. Open the Login page.
2. Enter your registered Email Address and Password.
3. Click the Login button.
4. After successful authentication, you will be redirected to the Home (Chat) Screen, which serves as the main workspace of the application.

Forgot Password #

If you forget your password, you can reset it securely using the Forgot Password feature.

Steps to Reset Password #

1. Go to the Login page.
2. Click on Forgot Password?
3. Enter your registered email address.
4. Check your email for the password reset instructions.
5. Enter the 6-digit OTP received in your email.
6. Create and confirm your new password.
7. Click Reset Password to save changes.
